About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Officer to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in regular client service review meetings to ensure service quality and coordinate resolution of client change requests.
  • Coordinate and execute client project or change request related preparations and analysis.
  • Work in close cooperation with the project team to deliver custody, transfer agency, or fund accounting related projects.
  • Grant, review, and update system accesses for clients or coordinate appropriately.
  • Track and coordinate market openings or repapering with internal teams and custody clients.
  • Provide coverage for the main senior client service lead.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on custody, fund administration, or transfer agency.
  • Understanding of financial instruments, client/fund types, and experience in fund opening/maintenance and market documentation.
  • Fluency in English, with German language skills a strong plus.
