Job Summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Engineer to join our team in the East US Region. As a Product Marketing Engineer, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the marketing strategy for our General Purpose Analog products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to maximize sales, market share, and margins for our General Purpose Analog products.
  • Provide technical support to the sales force and customers, identifying new opportunities and proposing technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Interface with Product Divisions and Sales to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Facilitate technical presentations to customers and sales teams, training distributors and sales force on new products.
  • Drive technical support to sales and customers, ensuring project completion and measuring new billing generated.
  • Contribute to key processes such as Forecast and plan ownership, price policy, and margin optimization.
  • Represent the organization as the principal customer contact, performing project leadership roles and interacting with management and senior customer personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of work experience.
  • Experience in Technical Sales, Product/Technical Marketing, or Application Engineering for Analog integrated Circuits with a semiconductor company or distributor.
  • Technical product knowledge of Linear and switching regulators, Operational Amplifiers, and other standard analog circuits.
  • Leadership skills, interpersonal and human relations skills, and ability to influence across multi-discipline/cross functional teams.
  • Quick learner, independent driver, and analytical thinking and creative problem resolution skills.
  • Oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
