About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Account Manager to cultivate, manage, and grow client relationships with our key clients in the financial sector. This role involves building strong working partnerships with clients and internal organizations, acting with urgency to address client demands, and effectively managing clients' expectations to deliver value-added services.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business, financial, and technical terminology, including how organizations operate, compete, profit, and grow. They will also be able to communicate complex concepts simply and clearly to clients, as well as work efficiently under pressure and multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate, manage, and grow client relationships with key clients in the financial sector.
  • Brief on RepRisk's ESG data science capabilities and expand sales activities by upselling of RepRisk services across divisions and entire enterprises.
  • Support RepRisk's position as a leading ESG service provider and help clients navigate RepRisk's platform, ensuring high-quality service standards and client satisfaction.
  • Act as an escalation point for any issues arising and carry out operational and administrative activities in the lifecycle of a client relationship.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in financial markets, asset management, or a client-facing role with demonstrated experience in selling and contract negotiations.
  • Highest economic education with a Bachelor's or higher degree preferred.
  • Candidates with experience with financial institutions, especially with asset managers, banks, and insurance, will be given priority.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English, German, or French is required. Other languages are a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding that enables easy interaction with financial professionals, IT, and Product Teams.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients.
  • Advanced MS Office skills are essential. Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
