Global Communications Expert for Skyguide

As a Global Communications Expert at skyguide, you will play a vital role in creating and executing comprehensive corporate communication plans that reflect the company's goals and strategies. Your responsibilities will include writing, editing, and distributing communication materials, as well as producing multimedia and editorial content for various channels.
You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure consistent and effective communications across the organization, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of corporate communication strategies and initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to cross-functional communication activities and take part in organizing internal events, such as town halls and employee engagement activities.
Crisis Communication is also an essential aspect of this role, where you will contribute to drafting communications and managing channels during emergencies.
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. You should have 2-3 years of professional experience in corporate communications, with proficiency in MS Office Suite, content management systems, and digital communication tools.
Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously, are essential for this role. A team player with an open, positive, can-do attitude and customer-oriented approach is required.
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of and interest in aviation, with fluency in German or French and English, both written and spoken. Based on your skills and qualifications, we estimate your salary to be around CHF 90,000 - CHF 120,000 per year, depending on your location in Geneva or Wangen b. Dübendorf, and working hours of 80-100%.
