Global Supply Chain Expert

In the context of the Group Supply Chain Division, you will support the implementation of the transport strategy for the distribution of our products worldwide. This role covers the group logistics activities across all regions, ensuring a collaborative and strategic partnership and communication with various transport partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the transport strategy of our products considering internal and external regulations.
- Identify and anticipate evolving needs and priorities for transport development (new transportation means, schedule, additional distribution departures and returns, decarbonisation, etc.) and confirm the impacts (budgetary and operational).
- Ensure business continuity planning for the distribution of products in collaboration with our partners and stakeholders.
- Lead commercial discussions with our transport partners.
- Coordinate Business Reviews at a global and regional level with logistics partners and Group entities respectively responsible.
- Support in collaboration with Central Operations and Regions, the Transport Best Practices to be deployed.
Requirements:
- A proven expertise in transport, along with excellent knowledge of transport modes and its environment.
- Expertise in project management in an international and multi-profile environment.
- Good communication skills and convincing interpersonal skills.
- An excellent sense of priorities and the ability to work in a stressful environment.
- A university degree or equivalent in logistics or sales, with at least 10 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in English and French. Any other languages is an asset.
