Product Manager

At Talan, we are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of key services, including gathering and documenting business requirements, managing and following up on user requests, and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and Document Business Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage and Follow Up on User Requests: Ensure timely and effective resolution of user requests, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Translate Business Needs into Functional and Technical Specifications: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Propose and Implement Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Work with stakeholders to plan and execute UAT, ensuring successful delivery of key services.
- Solid IT Expertise: Strong understanding of application development, testing, and support.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Business Process Analysis: Proficient in business process analysis and tools, such as Miro, Bizagi, Jira, and Confluence.
- Agile SCRUM Methodology: Proven experience with Agile SCRUM methodology in industries such as lifescience, food, or Pharma.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage conflicting priorities and resolve issues effectively.
- Cultural Competence: Demonstrated success working with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
