Tiffany & Co. is seeking a skilled Product & Training Manager to join its Geneva-based watchmaking division. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing the Maison's watch product content and training courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Align and coordinate content needs for product-related topics, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders from Merchandising, Product Development, and PR departments.
- Produce high-quality visual assets, product details, and know-how, working closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging content.
- Develop digital training content utilizing various software platforms and digitize existing content to enhance the learning experience.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and tools for the watch category, including product descriptions, storytelling elements, and client benefits.
- Liaise with the Global Learning & Development team in NYC and external service providers to ensure effective training delivery.
- Monitor training KPIs, global and regional action plans, and measure the impact of training on sales performance and motivation.
Requirements
- Higher education or master's degree in marketing or business.
- Bilingual level in French and English required, with excellent writing skills.
- 5-year experience in luxury, preferably in Jewelry or Watchmaking marketing, retail, or training.
- Strong product sensitivity and pronounced taste for watchmaking.
- Perfect mastery of the Office Pack (PowerPoint), Photoshop, and any design learning tools.
