Vos missionsEn tant que Product Owner, vous serez responsable de maximiser la valeur des produits en gérant et en priorisant le backlog produit. Vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la définition des fonctionnalités du produit, en travaillant étroitement avec les parties prenantes, les équipes de développement et les utilisateurs finaux pour garantir que le produit répond aux besoins du marché et aux objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
- Rédiger des user stories claires et concises avec des critères d'acceptation détaillés.
- S'assurer que le backlog est visible, transparent et compris de tous les membres de l'équipe.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour recueillir et comprendre les exigences et les feedbacks.
- Travailler étroitement avec les équipes de développement pour clarifier les exigences et fournir un soutien continu.
Avoir acquis une connaissance suffisante des solutions collaboratives pour la gestion des produits et des cadres/méthodologies Agile.
Avoir de solides compétences en matière d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes, de négociation et d'organisation.
Être certifié PSPO ou équivalent est un plus.
Être titulaire d'une licence ou d'un diplôme supérieur en informatique.
Assurer le coaching de l'équipe en tant que leader, en mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration continue et la productivité de l'équipe, en collaboration avec le Scrum Master.
Une forte compréhension de la traduction de la valeur commerciale en caractéristiques et fonctions de produits ayant un impact.
La maîtrise de la langue française est un atout majeur.
