Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a top-tier retail strategy for international markets to maximize sales growth and market penetration of our luxury watches. This includes:

  • Growing and developing a global retail presence/network
  • Leading an international team of retail managers to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets on a global scale
  • Collaborating with local brand management to identify retail opportunities and develop expansion plans in new international markets
  • Buiding and maintaining relationships with selected retail partners and distributors on targeted markets to strengthen brand presence and maximize sales opportunities
  • Monitoring performance metrics and generating reports to effectively track success of the global retail strategy rollout

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid retail management background with international exposure
  • A passion for retail and high-end watches, jewelry, and accessories
  • A degree in business administration, commerce, luxury marketing, or related fields
  • Proven experience in international retail, preferably in the premium-luxury watch sector
  • Excellent multicultural, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • An analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with other languages highly valued
