Als Teil unseres Teams bist du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Abwicklung von Mandaten und die Sicherstellung einer guten Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Vertriebspartnern. Deine Hauptaufgaben bestehen darin, die Mandatsbearbeitung der Region Deutschschweiz durchzuführen, Mandatskündigungen zu bearbeiten und courtagenanfängliche Anfragen und Reklamationen zu beantworten.
Voraussetzungen
Um diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigen wir jemanden mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung, einem starken Fokus auf Qualität und unternehmerischem Denken. Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist erforderlich. Ein Hintergrund im Versicherungswesen wäre von Vorteil, ebenso wie eine Affinität zum Umgang mit verschiedenen IT-Anwendungen. Fluente Deutschkenntnisse sind unerlässlich; Französischkenntnisse sind ebenfalls erwünscht.
