Job Title: IT Services Supporter

At HOLY FASHION GROUP, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Services Supporter to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure servers and client systems to ensure seamless integration with our existing infrastructure
  • Support the rollout of software solutions and ensure a smooth transition for users
  • Provide first- and second-level support to employees, addressing technical issues and resolving problems efficiently
  • Collaborate with other IT Services Supporters to ensure a high level of service quality and support
  • Contribute to the commissioning of new external locations and participate in the development of new IT projects
Requirements:
  • Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist with a specialization in system integration or as a computer scientist
  • Relevant professional experience in IT support/administration
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft AD, Microsoft Exchange, LAN/WAN technology, software packaging, and rollout
  • Solid knowledge of Mac (operating system, Apple Apps, Office, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing priorities
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Structured and goal-oriented work approach
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a high degree of service orientation
