Job Title: IT Services Supporter

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure across all company divisions at our headquarters in Kreuzlingen. Your key responsibilities will include installing new servers and client systems, rolling out software solutions, and providing first- and second-level support to users. You will also be involved in the commissioning of new external locations and collaborate closely with other IT Services Supporters.

Requirements:
  • A successfully completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist with a specialization in system integration or as a computer scientist
  • Relevant professional experience in IT support/administration
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft AD, Microsoft Exchange, LAN/WAN technology, software packaging, and rollout
  • Solid knowledge of Mac (operating system, Apple Apps, Office, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Structured and goal-oriented work
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Team spirit and a high degree of service orientation
