We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our team at Orange Business Services. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Online, with a focus on form customization, security management, and workflow development.
- Develop and implement dashboards, Word and Excel templates, and mobile application customizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics platform and tools, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Online, with a strong understanding of customization, security, and workflow development.
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, and CRM plugins.
- Knowledge of Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps (Power Apps), as well as PCFs.
- Strong understanding of the Marketing module, with knowledge of the Customer Service module a plus.
- Experience with SSIS, PowerShell, and SSRS reporting a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English, with French a plus.
