The VisilabGroup, as a leading optician in Switzerland, is part of the globally operating company EssilorLuxottica.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance & Controlling department as a Junior Business Controller.

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Co-lead the creation of monthly forecasts, quarterly re-forecasts, and annual budgets.
  2. Develop and implement key financial and non-financial indicators, working capital, and DSI.
  3. Collaborate with the EL Group to produce ROI returns on investment projects.
  4. Provide financial analysis to support business decisions across departments.
  5. Work with the EL Group to share best practices and improve financial management.
  6. Monitor and steer central and shop margins.
  7. Create and maintain detailed Excel-based financial models and business cases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably in finance, accounting, or controlling.
  • Proficient in English; German and/or French is an advantage.
  • 1 year of experience in a retail industry or international company.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Self-starter, proactive, confident, and fluent communicator.
