Within the Investment Solutions department, the Open Architecture’s mission is to identify the highest quality funds including long-only, ETPs, alternative (real estate and hedge funds) mutual funds and dedicated portfolios across various asset classes, strategies and currencies. The team managers relationships with external portfolio managers, analyzing and monitoring funds, assembles and oversees Funds of Funds, tailored and Private label solutions.

As a Data and Reporting Analyst, you’ll be responsible for rationalising, improving and (re)building existing and future reporting systems, overseeing and updated databases as well as producing business insights and analytical pieces to enhance our knowledge base and assist the team in the day-to-day activities.

YOUR ROLE

  • Collect, analyse and interpret financial data (performance indicators, portfolio construction methodology, market data)
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards
    > Maintaining information up to date on current selection
    > Assisting future fund selection and performance evaluation
    > Pitchbooks, factsheets, and other regular reports
  • Collaborate with external portfolio managers and fund selection analysts
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all used systems through regular and documented audits as well as a data validation processes
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance of reporting standards

YOUR PROFILE

  • Quantitative background, preferably Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Econometrics or similar
  • 5 years’ experience minimum, ideally within the financial industry
  • Proven experience in data analysis and fund reporting
  • Proficiency in data base management, visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI), and ETL toolss (e.g. Alteryx)
  • Experience with Bloomberg and Morningstar
  • Excellent command of MS 365 (excel and ppt, including Visual Basic knowledge)
