About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Pricing Strategist to join our team in Basel, Canada, Norway, France, or remotely in the US. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global pricing strategies that maximize revenue and market share across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a cohesive global pricing strategy that supports commercial, market access, and organizational objectives
  • Define pricing models that optimize revenue streams across various product lines, including new launches and mature products
  • Establish frameworks for pricing excellence, including methodologies, KPIs, and best practices, to improve market positioning and competitive advantage
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, specialization in Pricing, Strategic Planning, Marketing, or similar; MBA/PhD preferred
  • Proven experience in global pricing strategy development and execution
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze complex data and drive insights-driven decision-making
