Logistics Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supply Chain Manager to join our team at FELFEL AG in Zurich, Switzerland.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our logistics supply chain operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective movement of goods from suppliers to customers, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction
- Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex logistics issues and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate rates, terms, and conditions that meet business needs
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, including inventory accuracy, picking quality, and supplier ramp-up time
- 5+ years of experience in logistics supply chain management, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong organizational, planning, and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives
- EU/EFTA or Swiss residence permit required
- Promising salary: CHF 90,000 - 120,000 per year, depending on experience
