Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our Victorinox Travel Gear strategy. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, managing product development processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Long-term experience as a product manager, preferably in the travel goods industry;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with stage-gate processes;
  • Knowledge of design principles, data analysis, trend research, and consumer behavior;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team;
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus;
  • Willingness to travel occasionally;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
