About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our product team as a Senior Product Manager and lead the development and implementation of our Victorinox Travel Gear strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, managing product development processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Victorinox Travel Gear strategy in line with the company's brand and positioning strategy;
• Lead and develop a team of product managers to create an empowered and impactful team;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products;
• Manage product development processes, including stage-gate processes and product launches;
• Drive global launch calendars together with relevant functions such as Marketing, Sales, and SCM;
• Steer global pricing strategies to keep a consistent, profitable, and easy-to-understand portfolio logic.

Requirements

• Long-term experience as a product manager, preferably in the travel goods industry;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Strong project management skills, including experience with stage-gate processes;
• Knowledge of design principles, data analysis, trend research, and consumer behavior;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team;
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus;
• Willingness to travel occasionally;
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
