Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of our Victorinox Travel Gear strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in product management, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Victorinox Travel Gear strategy in line with the company's brand and positioning strategy;
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers to create an empowered and impactful team;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products;
  • Manage product development processes, including stage-gate processes and product launches;
  • Drive global launch calendars together with relevant functions such as Marketing, Sales, and SCM;
  • Steer global pricing strategies to keep a consistent, profitable, and easy-to-understand portfolio logic.
