About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Services Manager to join our IT team at TN Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our enterprise-level systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in platform upgrades, maintain, update documentation on processes and policies; provide user support services and follow established change management procedures.
  • Provide consulting services, analyze business enhancement requests, work with vendors on estimates; optimize processes and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Be available to work extended shifts if required, provide on-call support as part of the on-call rotation within the IT team.
  • Proactive ownership of incidents until resolution, logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least two to three years of relevant experience in an IT role/operations.
  • Hybrid work arrangement: amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime.
  • Shift schedule (rotating): amenability to work on assigned schedule.
  • Minimum skills to hire/must haves: knowledge of Windows Outlook, MS Teams, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
