- Primäre Supportaufgaben: Globaler technischer Support (2. Stufe) für Adobe Experience Manager 6.4 (AEM) mit über 150 aktiven Benutzern und Inhaltsmanagern (Autoren), Schnittstelle zwischen globalem Business-Support (1. Stufe) und externem Implementierungspartner (3. Stufe) , technische Fehlerbehebung, Ursachenanalyse, Reproduktion technischer Probleme und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse als Wissensdatenbankartikel
- Sekundäre Supportaufgaben: weltweiter technischer Support für Webanwendungen wie Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Media und Search as Service (SOLR)
- AEM-Wartungsaufgaben: Erfassung von Geschäftsanforderungen, Überwachung der Implementierung von AEM-bezogenen Änderungsanforderungen mit dem externen AEM-Entwicklungspartner, Unterstützung des Geschäfts bei Benutzerakzeptanztests und technischen Bereitstellungen
- Technischer Support für den globalen Rollout von AEM 6.4 (Migration von AEM 6.0), Go-Live-Vorbereitung: Ziel ist die Migration von 100 Länderseiten bis Ende 2020
- Optimieren und Überprüfen der AEM-Konfiguration, z. B .: Startskript, Dispatcher-Konfiguration, Benutzerrechte, Wartungsaufgaben (Garbage Collection, Prüf- und Versionsbereinigungsverfahren?)
- On-Call-Abdeckung und Pikett-Service außerhalb der normalen Geschäftszeiten im Wechsel mit anderen Teammitgliedern für globalen technischen AEM-Support, Unterstützung und Koordination von Patch-Fenstern (4-5-mal pro Jahr) an Wochenenden Ihr Profil
- Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering oder einer ähnlichen Ausbildung – dies ist eine technische Aufgabe, daher ist eine Ausbildung in Bezug auf IT oder eine ähnliche Erfahrung ein Muss
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Anwendungsmanagement und technischer Support, vertraut mit Webtechnologien und Ticketing-Systemen für technischen Support
- Kann unter Druck arbeiten, Termine einhalten und SLAs mit Unternehmen unterstützen (Ländervertreter arbeiten mit AEM)
- Mit JIRA, Confluence und anderen Tools für das Bereitstellungsmanagement vertraut
