The Trainee Project Delivery Coordinator will support the Project Director/Lead and CAPEX Project Manager for the execution of infrastructure investment projects in Visp from project definition and design phases to handover of installations to users.
This role involves establishing strong structures, such as organization, decision-making, communication, and documentation flows, in accordance with project management processes. This aims to respect SGIE Project Management Processes and increase Project Team efficiency.
- Internal coordination of project tasks to relieve CAPEX project manager workload
- Preparation of project reporting, including KPI charts and collection of information
- Maintaining Project SharePoint to establish strong processes for administrative aspects of the project, including a communication center for internal teams and external partners, meeting minutes, and actions lists
- Organizing internal and external workshops, and supporting team members to establish agendas, meeting minutes, and actions lists
- Participating in regulatory inspections and customer audits
- Coordinating Technical Change Request tasks and activities, considering all stakeholders and project timelines
- Dipl. Ing., M. Sc., or B. Sc. in project management or engineering fields
- Technical knowledge in chemical and/or pharmaceutical engineering (a plus)
- Experience in SharePoint or website management
- Experience in cGMP environment (a plus)
- Fluent in English and German
