Your expertise will ensure flawless execution and implementation of innovative engineering solutions in a strictly regulated environment.
The Project Engineer is responsible to support the Project Manager for the execution of CAPEX large investment projects in Visp.
In this role you will put in place strong structures, in accordance with project management, in order to respect SGIE Project management Processes and increase Project Team efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical input as required to ensure projects progress in line with their scope requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory and GMP standards for designs and installations.
- Be responsible for tracking and reporting certain project delivery tasks assigned by the SGIE lead.
- Develop and maintain Project SharePoint to establish strong processes for administrative aspects of the project (communication center for internal team and external partners, meeting minutes, actions list, etc.).
- Organize internal as well as external workshops and support team members to establish agendas, meeting minutes, actions lists, etc.
- Responsible for internal project tasks in order to relieve SGIE Lead workload.
- Participate in the preparation of the project reporting (charts for KPIs, collection of information, etc.).
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in project management or engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent.
- Experience in engineering or project management on major investment projects in a Pharma environment.
- Good project management skills.
- Technical knowledge in chemical and/or pharmaceutical engineering is a plus.
- Interdisciplinary knowledge.
- Experience in cGMP environment is a plus.
- Motivating team player, drives results, excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English, German an advantage.
