Job Description

Alvicus AG is a Switzerland-based consulting firm operating in the European financial and technology industry. Our clients receive interim management from our experienced staff and consulting services for specific questions.

As an Alvicus Business Development and Marketing Intern, you will gain an exclusive insight into the consulting world. You will have access to our extensive network and collaborate with our highly professional team. You will help our international clients and entrepreneurs achieve their corporate goals and improve their business performance. Furthermore, you will actively participate in the development of our services: Consulting, Investment, and Mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Develop content for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing materials
  • Assist in creating written, video, and image content for marketing channels
  • Manage website SEO
  • Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives
  • Assist and lead marketing and sales activities (online and offline)
  • Conduct research on relevant topics and present insights to the team
  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
  • Design and present new social media campaign ideas
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
  • Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations
  • Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
  • Help with planning and hosting marketing events
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
  • Assist with daily administrative and project tasks
  • Take part in formal and informal training opportunities
Requirements

Prerequisites to be considered:

  • You must speak fluent German (C2 or native) and English business fluent
  • You must be able to read and understand the prerequisites
  • You must live in the greater Zurich area

We are looking for a motivated problem-solver who is capable of the following:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English)
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities
  • Social media expertise with successful posting on different platforms
  • Proficiency in working with PowerPoint and Excel
