Your Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Lead our sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
  • Product Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize products and services that meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement initiatives to proactively attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of management experience in the telecoms retail industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and German.
  • Certifications: Clean driving license and ability to work from various locations (km expenses reimbursed).
