Wir suchen für unsere Zürcher Niederlassung einen/eine Team Lead Compliance, der/sie unsere Compliance-Teams leitet und überwacht. Die Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Leitung und Überwachung des Compliance-Teams
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Compliance-Programmen und -Richtlinien
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Identifizierung potenzieller Compliance-Risiken
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Geschäftsprozesse den regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen Audits und Überwachung externer Prüfungen

Ihr Profil sollte folgende Qualifikationen aufweisen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance innerhalb eines Versicherungswesens
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Detailgenauigkeit sowie hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
