Assistant - Private Equity Health and Life Team (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to provide essential support to our Private Equity Health and Life team. This is a maternity cover role for 6-7 months, starting in August.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, conferences, and calls
- Arrange international and domestic travel, prepare itineraries, and logistics
- Process expense reports, review and format investment documents
- Maintain internal data, contact information, and coordinate events
- Assist with candidate management, phone calls, and inquiries
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Relevant degree and experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software
- Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
