Private Equity Manager

Als Teil unseres Deal-Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für die Identifikation und Bewertung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten im Mittelstand. Sie führen Marktanalysen durch, bewerten Unternehmen und deren finanziellen Leistungskennzahlen und leiten Due-Diligence-Untersuchungen für potenzielle Investitionen.
Als erfahrener Private Equity-Experte unterstützen Sie unsere Geschäftsleitung bei der Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung. Sie analysieren rechtliche, finanzielle und operative Aspekte von Zielunternehmen und erstellen Investitionsempfehlungen sowie Präsentationen für das Investmentkomitee.
Ihr ProfilWir suchen einen erfahrenen Private Equity-Manager mit mindestens 8 Jahren Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt im Private Equity, aber auch im Investment Banking oder M&A-Beratung mit PE-Transaktionen. Sie sollten ein starkes Netzwerk aus der Finanzindustrie haben und ein profundes Verständnis für die Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen besitzen.
Als Leiter Private Equity sollten Sie in der Lage sein, ein (Deal)-Team zu führen und Aufgaben strukturiert zu verteilen. Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau ist erforderlich, Englisch fließend und gute Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
