Senior Solution Designer and Delivery Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Designer and Delivery Engineer to join our Systems & Infrastructure division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing IT infrastructure services to internal customers and handling customer demands concerning IT infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for internal customers for IT infrastructure services.
  • Manage customer-related documents and KPIs in designated applications.
  • Coordinate customer-related activities with Key Account Managers.
  • Design system architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Develop solutions that align with company standards, working with internal and external specialists.
  • Present and defend architecture designs to the Security Validation Board.
  • Propose improvements or extensions to the IT Infrastructure Service Portfolio.
  • Coordinate the delivery process to implement designed solutions.
  • Translate designed solutions into internal service offers for customers.
  • Manage the delivery of IT infrastructure and services with involved IT Teams.
  • Coordinate IT Infrastructure change management projects.

Your Profile

  • You can understand customers' business requirements and link them to IT Infrastructure portfolio.
  • You are a team player with good communication skills and can mediate between different parties.
  • You are curious and proactive, willing to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.

Professional Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Sciences or engineering, or at least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
  • Work experience as an IT Infrastructure generalist.
  • Experience in service methodologies (ITIL).
  • Good knowledge of IT and Hybrid Cloud architectures.
  • Good knowledge of IT Network and Security concepts applied in a Datacenter environment.
  • Certificates are a plus (Cloud Azure, Network & Security, Palo Alto or Fortinet etc.).

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in French (mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of German is a plus.
