Job Title: Process Integration Engineer

Job Summary:

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Process Integration Engineer to join our team in Switzerland. As a Process Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in semiconductor process integration and optimization to improve yield with foundry partners. You will collaborate with the design team to enhance device performance and monitor wafers processing in partner foundries to identify critical steps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process integration strategies to improve yield and reduce defects
  • Collaborate with design teams to optimize device performance and meet customer requirements
  • Monitor and analyze wafers processing in partner foundries to identify areas for improvement
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process control plans
  • Provide technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders and foundry partners

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductors, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process integration and optimization
  • Strong knowledge of GaN power device technology and process integration
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel to visit partners and customers in Europe and Asia
