About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Datacenter Network and Security Specialist to join our team at Swatch Group Services Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our datacenter infrastructures and collaborating with our 1st and 2nd level support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement corporate compliant network and security solutions to meet our business needs.
  • Secure our datacenter infrastructure and applications.
  • Organize and lead sync-up meetings.
  • Test and Deploy software versions.
  • Develop operational procedures and train our IT operation team.
  • Provide technical and architectural expertise in troubleshooting ad-hoc teams.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers (licensing, support, TAM).
  • Oversee service management (billing, services description, KPI).
  • Drive innovations for the continuous improvement of our services and implement new solutions.
  • Execute 3rd level support and coordination for assigned services, problems, and domains.
Requirements
  • Deep Knowledge of datacenter technologies, including Cisco ACI datacenter.
  • Experience with security firewalls, Fortinet, and Palo Alto technology.
  • Proficiency in Cisco Nexus networking and DWDM transmission technologies.
Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or ES degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • ITIL certification or experience with ITIL.
  • Cisco CCNP/CCIE certifications.
  • Palo Alto and Fortinet certifications.
Language Skills
  • Fluent in English and German or French.
  • Any other languages are welcome.
