- Domain skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology management, strong process expertise in manufacturing scheduling, tech transfer, and product management.
- IT solutions expertise: Deep knowledge of IT solutions in manufacturing scheduling, product life cycle management, and manufacturing execution systems.
- Regulated environments: Experience working in regulated/GxP environments, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical and consumer industry sectors.
