Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer internal strategic projects in the COO's responsibility, encompassing overall planning, time management, scope management, financial management, and more.
  • Support project managers and the project team with project management skills and PMO expertise, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project reporting and assist the project team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders, providing regular status updates for engagement leadership.
  • Plan, prepare, and support decision-making meetings, documenting meeting results to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Manage and maintain accurate dependency logs, ensuring cross-program dependencies are effectively managed.
  • Compile and manage project-related financial and KPI information, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Develop and establish project management, governance, and PMO standards, creating frameworks for program and project management across all COO strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management stream, leveraging expertise to drive successful change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in project management and strategic or operational PMO roles.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Existing skills in designing and conducting workshops, with a focus on effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of hierarchy.
  • A structured and organized approach to work, with an intrinsic motivation to drive results and achieve goals.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps as an agile tool and familiarity with Organizational Change Management principles are highly valued.
  • Proficient German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
