Cost Management Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Cost Management Director to lead our team in delivering complex construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate estimate and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final estimate.
- Estimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels, compiling feasibility studies, and preparing procurement reports.
- Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes, as well as cost checks and valuation deliverables on larger projects.
- Oversee the production of monthly cost reports, including presenting to clients, and lead value engineering initiatives.
- Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all project stages, providing leadership to the cost management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in cost management, with experience of leading cost management commissions for large construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
- People management experience, particularly in the context of managing a team delivering a project.
- Sound technical experience in all cost management areas; pre-contract, post-contract, and final account.
