The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human factors engineering, usability testing, and physiological data analysis. They will be responsible for leading formative usability studies, documenting results, and providing insights to inform product design decisions.

As a User Experience Researcher, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to deliver user-centered solutions.

This position is based in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, and offers a competitive salary of CHF 120,000 per year. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a chance to make a meaningful impact in the field of medical devices.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct formative usability studies to identify usability risks and areas for improvement
  • Analyze physiological and behavioral data to inform design decisions

  • Collaborate with UX and Human Factors teams to improve processes and methods

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Science, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Human Factors Engineering
  • More than 2 years of experience in usability testing and physiological data analysis
  • Knowledge of tools and platforms for automating usability testing
  • Fluency in English
