For our Pharma client we are currently looking for a Process Support in Chemical Development

**Your Tasks**:
The role will support a wide range of activities and deliverables, for example data review, assess and progressing Change Impacts, preparing and participating in user acceptance test (UAT).
In addition to SMEs assigned to deployment workstreams, some SME may be part time and contribute in an ad hoc manner to deliverables.
- Participate in Local Fit Gap, ensuring implications of Template adoption are understood and participate in identifying change impacts
- Adapt legacy processes, i.e. contribute to change of legacy SAP processes and support the readiness
- Actively support local pre-deployment and deployment project phases, especially transition and go-live, plan and track local close down and ramp up
- Contribute to country questionnaire, system impact assessment, change impact assessment, data scoping, cleansing and migration including data enrichment and data migration dress rehearsal
- Actively participate in the extended network to articulate critical local business and reporting requirements
- Identify critical technical gaps (e.g. interfaces and reports) not covered by the global solution and define workaround for technical requirements that can not be integrated in the global solution (if applicable)
- Involve the respective SOP owner to update local SOPs where required or even create documents by themselves
- Participate in relevant solution tests (SAT / UAT for local interfaces and reports), prepare and execute “Day in a life” simulation
- Conduct data and process mapping, analyse and resolve SOD (Segregation Of Duties) issues
- Attend TTT (train the Trainer) and coordinate and deliver local end user training together with Business and IT SMEs and localize training materials

**Your profile**:

- Finished Diploma, further education or Bachelor degree in any technical environment or administrative environment with good technical understanding
- Min. 1 - 3+ years experience in development software's and SAP requirements, within the pharmaceutical industry with GMP experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience in process analysis/support and requirements collecting with internal stakeholders
- Experience of working within projects in a matrixed environment and agile set up
- Demonstrated delivery focus and execution
- Fluent in German and English
