Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Management:
  • Oversee resource allocation and team management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Prioritize operational needs, driving efficiency and productivity.
Client Database Management:
  • Open and review accounts, including corporate and trust accounts, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Update client data and manage regulatory compliance, adhering to international standards such as EAR and FATCA.
  • Handle contractual documentation and account closures, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Client Correspondence and E-Banking:
  • Manage e-banking users and access, ensuring secure and convenient online banking services.
  • Handle returned mail, maintaining a high level of customer communication and support.
Client Pricing Management:
  • Update pricing requests and configure pricing systems, ensuring accurate and timely fee and revenue allocations.
  • Automate fee and revenue allocations, streamlining financial processes.
Helpdesk Management:
  • Monitor tickets and update standard requests, providing timely and effective support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop approval workflows, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
Departmental Support:
  • Manage safes, quarterly cost accounting files, and supplies, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Archive closed accounts and handle staff planning, ensuring a smooth and organized work environment.
  • Digitize and manage card flows, streamlining financial processes.
  • Provide statistical reports to Compliance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Tool and Process Development:
  • Participate in tool and process design and development, driving innovation and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Profile

  • Degree in Business, Law, or Management, with training in central file management or Compliance being a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a Swiss private bank, with team management experience being mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of banking and fiscal regulations, with the ability to adapt to changing regulations.
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive in tool and process development, with a focus on driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Resident of Switzerland and available immediately, with a strong commitment to the role and the company.
