About the Role

The ITB Country Head is a key leadership position responsible for driving the success of origination activities across all ITB products. This includes Export & Trade Finance, Global Commodity Finance, Working Capital Solutions, and Cash Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the strategic initiatives of the ITB business line and coordinate efficiently between central and local functions.
  • Understand client needs based on their business models and proactively propose client strategies and pitching ideas for the product universe.
  • Promote commercial actions against client agendas across regions and ensure strategic and execution alignment of ITB with other countries.
  • Guarantee a high level of quality in contractual and interaction with support functions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for ITB's businesses in line with risk strategy of the Bank.
  • Oversee ITB Local Budget and follow-up (NBI, RWA, Liquidity, FTE, charges, etc.).
Requirements
  • Geographical scope: Country Inbound and Outbound ITB business.
  • Scope of products: All products of ITB (Trade finance, RSF, Export finance, Commodity finance, Cash Management).
  • Scope of clients: Segmented customers of CACIB's branches and subsidiaries (including France and the international network, Inbound and Outbound).
