Senior Vice President of Product and Growth

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Inbox Business Unit as General Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, execution, and financial performance of the BU.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue growth, increase market share, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize product performance and revenue.
- Manage the financial performance of the Inbox Product Business Unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-effective resource allocation.
- Align with key stakeholders to prioritize roadmap initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team to drive ownership, velocity, and delivery excellence.
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, driving revenue growth and P&L ownership in B2C SaaS technology.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing aggressive schedules and limited resources, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strategic leader with a highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with expertise in marketing, sales, and finance.
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on talent density and velocity.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders across the organization.
