The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in central file management and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Business, Law, or Management.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a Swiss private bank.
- Team management experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of banking and fiscal regulations.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in tool and process development.
- Resident of Switzerland and available immediately.
