User Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX designer to join our Premium Advertiser Experiences team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles and be able to apply them to drive strategy, identify opportunities, and produce seamless user experiences.



Responsibilities:


  • Lead product design for one platform, while also contributing to additional high priority areas within Premium Advertiser Experiences (PAX).
  • Understand business goals and seek to understand competitors, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with User Experience Researchers (UXR) to establish research direction and better inform product direction and designs through a user's perspective.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, partner teams, and leadership throughout all stages of the product cycle, from inception through to delivery.
  • Balance platform constraints, technical limitations, and stakeholder needs to deliver effective design solutions.
