You will be expected to provide support and advice on cross-border rules and risks, manage XB risks for the business line, and ensure compliance with regulations and laws.

Your Role
  • Participate in drafting, updating, and implementing XB-related procedures and policies.
  • Review and analyze updates of XB manuals provided by an external provider (in cooperation with the internal Legal team).
  • Prepare XB committee agendas, keep action logs, and take meeting minutes.
  • Provide support and expertise on XB matters to Group functions, other Risk & Compliance functions, and departments (e.g., Credit and HR).
  • Act as an XB expert contact for the Front Office, providing advice on interpreting XB country manuals.
  • Educate the Front Office about XB rules and risks through regular training and awareness sessions.
  • Assist with audit and control testing enquiries and recommendations related to XB matters.
Your Profile
  • University degree in Business, Law, or equivalent.
  • At least five years' experience in finance and risk management.
  • Good knowledge of XB regulations and risks.
  • Excellent command of French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
