As a highly skilled Quality Assurance professional, your primary focus will be on maintaining and enhancing our Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet the highest quality and security standards.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining our IMS to meet rigorous quality and security standards
  • Ensuring adherence to EASA regulations for DPO certification, guaranteeing compliance with industry guidelines
  • Developing and implementing a quality and safety culture within our organization, empowering team members to excel in their roles
  • Conducting internal audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Providing expert consulting services in software assurance and safety for air traffic management, leveraging your knowledge to guide our development teams
  • Leading a team of engineers, fostering an environment that prioritizes quality, security, and compliance
  • Directly reporting to the Director, ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational objectives

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• An engineering degree, preferably with experience in ISO 9001 and 27001

• Proven expertise in aerospace or air traffic control, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges

• In-depth knowledge of ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, and DO-254 standards, enabling you to navigate complex regulatory landscapes

• Strong analytical skills, coupled with autonomy and adaptability in dynamic environments

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, allowing you to lead cross-functional teams effectively

• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally, supporting our global operations

This is a direct employee position at the end client, with salary negotiable based on matching skills. The employment type is full-time, with a mid-senior level seniority requirement. Job function involves quality assurance, primarily within the airlines and aviation sectors.
