Your Mission
- Lead and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001).
- Oversee EASA regulatory compliance for DPO certification.
- Promote a strong quality & safety culture through training and coaching.
- Manage internal audits and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide expert consulting in software assurance & safety for air traffic management.
- Lead a team of 3 engineers, ensuring quality, security, and compliance.
- Report directly to the director.
Your Profile
Engineering degree with ISO 9001 & 27001 expertise (+ EN9100 is a plus).
Experience in Aerospace/Air Traffic Control (mandatory).
Knowledge of ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, DO-254 standards.
Strong analytical skills, autonomy & adaptability in complex environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Willing to travel within Switzerland & internationally.
