Your role- You will provide support and advice on cross-border rules and risks, manage XB risks for the business line, and ensure compliance with regulations and laws in force.
- Drafting, updating, and implementing XB-related procedures and policies.
- Reviewing and analyzing XB manuals provided by an external provider (in cooperation with the Legal team).
- Preparing XB committee agendas, keeping action logs, and taking meeting minutes.
- Providing expertise on XB matters to Group functions and other departments.
- Educating the Front Office about XB rules and risks through regular training sessions.
- University degree in Business, Law, or equivalent.
- At least five years' experience in finance and risk management.
- Good knowledge of XB regulations and risks.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Expert user of Microsoft Office.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
