We are recruiting an experienced Head of Compliance to join our client, a Private Bank in Geneva, and lead their compliance efforts.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and report on compliance-related matters, including AML/CFT, cross-border regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead and oversee the Compliance Department, ensuring operational efficiency.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Swiss private bank of comparable size.
- Strong expertise in Swiss banking regulations, including CDB, LBA, and OBA-FINMA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
Please note that this role requires Swiss Residency only.
