Job Description:

Randstad Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a member of the Quality System & Compliance group, you will be responsible for the daily operational activities relating to training, documentation, and archiving processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in GxP compliance and experience in managing the distribution and life cycle of GxP documentation. They will also be responsible for the administration of operational activities, including the act as key user for the documentation management system (DMS) and learning management system (LMS).

In addition to these responsibilities, the Quality Assurance Specialist will provide trainings for areas under their responsibility and process improvement of areas under their responsibilities. They will also automate routine tasks using tools like Power Apps and Power Automate.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in scientific education and at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They will also have experience in training, documentation management, and archiving processes, as well as quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the distribution and life cycle of GxP documentation
- Administration of operational activities
- Act as key user for the documentation management system (DMS)
- Act as key user for Learning Management System LMS
- Provide trainings for areas under your responsibility
- Process improvement of areas under your responsibilities
- Automatization of routine tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in scientific education
- At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in GxP compliance
- Experience in training, documentation management, and archiving processes
- Experience in quality assurance
