**Missions**:

- Assurer les pesées des excipients et des principes actifs.
- Effectuer la mise en solution des excipients et des principes actifs.
- Effectuer les filtrations stérilisantes.
- Effectuer et contrôler les transactions informatiques dans SAP.
- Assurer sa qualification et le suivi de sa formation en zone classée et en chambre blanche.
- Maintenir un comportement compatible aux opérations aseptiques lors de toutes opérations et veiller à ce que son état de santé corresponde aux exigences du travail (suivi médical).
- Assurer la réception des solutions en chambre blanche et procéder au remplissage aseptique des flacons et seringues.
- Assurer les biodécontamination des zones classées et des chambres blanches.
- Connaître et effectuer la préparation des équipements ainsi que les vides de ligne des équipements.
- Collaborer avec les autres services: QA, QC, service technique et magasin.

**Profil Idéal**:

- TSPCI ou BTS dans la pharma/Bio ou Expérience longue dans le domaine
- 2 ans d'expérience en formulation (chimique/biotechnologique)
- Expérience de travail sous flux laminaire et/ou en salle blanche
- Expérience en Filtrations clarifiantes, stérilisantes, Tests de filtres, Pesée d'excipients, matières premières, analyses pH etc.
- Conduite de CIP/SIP (Clean in place / Sterilize in place (ou NEP/SEP en français: Nettoyage en place / Stérilisation en place) sur des installations
- Connaissances SAP, LIMS, système de gestion documentaires un réel atout
- Flexible, autonome
- Force de proposition, Polyvalent
- Bonnes compétences en communication
