Role: HC-GM Global Healthcare Operations

Your Role:

  • Act as the process owner for Deviation, CAPA, and investigation quality processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency at the site level.
  • Monitor and issue periodic reports related to quality systems and documentation, provide training and support for site users.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during Health Authorities inspections and audits.
  • Lead the Trackwise system as the site lead user and manage related workflows.
  • Analyze data quality to support quality processes, identify trends, evaluate root causes, and propose remediation tasks.
  • Contribute to the automation of routine tasks and processes using tools like Power Apps and Power Automate.

Your Profile:

  • University degree (minimum Bachelor) in a scientific field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Quality Systems management.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience with Health Authorities inspections.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a digital mindset.
  • Exceptional analytical and advanced problem-solving skills, with knowledge of best practices in data analysis and statistical methods.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
